Sedgefield Neighborhood - Charlotte, NC

Sedgefield, one of the oldest suburbs of Charlotte, NC, was originally developed in the 1940's and 1950's. The Sedgefield neighborhood is considered the younger sibling of Myers Park and Dilworth and has now come of age holding its own value and popularity. Sedgefield lies south of Uptown Charlotte and is bound by South Boulevard on the west and Park Road on the East and extends from Ideal Way to Hartford Avenue.
